Dedicate a couple of people to only deal with Digital Media. Either from the the current staff or hire a couple of people. If selling Digital is the only way for a someone to pay their bills and eat, you will start to see billing in this area.

I need to correct something I said when mentioning the KSLQ staff Jo Jo was was a member of, I meant to say Jeff Baker who later went on to have morning success in Washington DC. I said Steve Burd;Burd was David Burd who was his morning partner.

I had the privilege of working on the same staff with Jo Jo in the mid 70's and his act was just as tight then as it was on the Video Aircheck Howard was referring to.
