Country mediabase chart

Why is there no updated time as to when the chart is from?
Morning or afternoon is not on it anymore.
Maybe I'm missing it but I am looking for it.

Can you clarify for us and we can try and help...are you talking about the ALL ACCESS E-Weekly that we send on Monday Mornings?

As far as we can see, nothing has changed in the Mediabase info that we offer. It's as in-depth, up-to-date, and as accurate as before the switch to 3.0

Jim you misunderstood the querstion yes there is some info missing He was referring to the last update date/time.Here is the example about the update time missing in the new layout:

Yes I understand....it was late in updating from Mediabase but was updated later that day. Mediabase generally updates twice daily-

Exactly Jim i know that the chart is updated twice daily and it used to have the time stamp for each update now it does not the timestamp lets us know which update we looking at the first or the 2nd and on sunday it is updated 3-4 times that was what the original poster asked why is the timestamp missing in the new version

Hello everyone!

Mary Lynne from All Access here. I have spoken with our technical staff, and they are aware of the time stamp issue. As with any launch of a brand-new site, there are still some "bugs" to work out.

When we transferred over to the new site, the time stamp was one of the things that was broken and is still on the list to be fixed. I assure you that all of the Mediabase updates are as accurate as possible. We will update everything as often as we can.

Our tech staff is working very hard to get all of the "bugs" fixed ASAP, it just might take them a while with everything that is on their list. Thanks for your patience!
