Mediabase Charts not updated since September 1st?

I know it is a holiday weekend but the mediabase charts have always been updated daily regardless. However, this morning it appears there have been no updates since Saturday morning as of August 31st. Why?

Hi ... I manually updated the charts today -- not sure why they are not updating but we are looking into this ... thanks for your patience!
